Have you experienced a curry to beat all curries? Recently it has been suggested that not only does curry taste good, but it could be good for you too! Ancient healers have often used spices, particularly turmeric, to heal a multitude of ailments. Today, modern medicines reflect the benefits of spices in a variety of treatments such as..... Memory loss (I cannot recall the others lol).

I was suspicious being that they are on an industrial estate rather than a traditional takeaway or restaurant.

I think that they do cook it as the food is delivered in the standard aluminium containers, rather than the plastic microwave type, with the normal scrawl on the lid. Every time the food has been great. I had a lamb vindaloo with special rice a couple of days ago and I'd rate it as the best ever! I had the normal vindaloo "day-after" effects though, but that is to be expected :( Sorry too much detail

Carol is a bit more adventurous than me and she has tried a much wider range of their curries and rices and each time they've been good.

We used to use the Raj at Northgate almost exclusively but had a couple of poor ones, so decided to try the Mumbai out.

On the last couple of occasions, we have used the Mumbai Masti in Stephenson Way Three Bridges tel: 01293 553535 and it has been excellent. Also comes with gratis pappadoms and raita. Highly recommended.

I've also heard glowing reports about Zari in Ifield so that is next on the " to try" list.
