Following on from the last mzawf update on the fortunes of CTFC (albeit without a dedicated sports writer) and also post recent turmoil and backroom uncertainties. As with all things strategic which all now seemly to be in place, ahead of a bumper season down at TPP Stadium ‘the Winfield Way’
The mzawf footy pundits agree mostly that around the aforementioned uncertainties abound the Crawley devils, post relegation ‘treading water’ organising, planning and training hard, big expectations the devils a pearl in the Crawley Crown.
Post friend lie’s Carlisle at Brunton Park on the last run out against the Cumbrians the devils lost 4-2, tough away opening game, time for a reversal, In short and with Crawley finishing near top table at season end in preparation for promotion to the Champions league 2022 ‘new boots and panties’ :crawleyscarf :youreds

:crawleyscarf
It’s been some time when we last checked out what’s been happening at Crawley Town FC (18 aug 2017) and while the last blog finished on a positive, The Devils went on to lose against Cambridge UTD. Since that time the club had grown stronger and ended the season two from mid table. Looking at the league two games 52% positive and 48% negative it’s pretty impressive in all... :youreds

Since steveizy chucked the towel in blogging the Fortunes of Crawley Town FC, it’s been difficult to find another individual to replace him with :hissyfit If per chance you know of a budding football writer :aok t or are one :scratc And again per chance you’re a Devils :crawleyscarf supporter or plain obsessed  into blogging :-D come on board :earth :mz a good place to test your skills and talents' :applause Across the years :crawleyscarf FCT has been featured on :mz 25000 hits! It’s not Facebook! Noting that views are just that… “to the moon”

Déjà vu at the CAT stadium :myopinion all things haven’t kicked off :football particularly well. :hissyfit
With new Manager Harry Kewell having the huge task of putting the devils on target for better days. :clap Following losing the first two 2nd div matches :cry complete with a trouncing at St Andrews (EFL Cup) to boot :football Next up playing against Cambridge Utd who by coincidence have been experiencing similar outcomes as Crawley in their opening matches (One example is Bristol Rovers trouncing the U’s 4-1 in the EFL Cup)
A much needed scalp from Cambridge :kebab would be superb and give a welcome boost in the enthusiasm stakes :indifferent
Early days :youreds:

Post last week’s 4-1 trouncing at the tentacles of the Shrimps :party
:crawleyscarf visit Adams Park the home of the Wycombe Wanders the Chairboys. hide.gif
Wycombe Wanderers, are not having the best of times of late, by winning only 1 of the last 5 matches, while the :devil having won 2 :scratc could be a day of redemption for Crawley by bagging a win. :scarf
Currently after 21 minutes Crawley is 1 down and playing catch up :violent :indifferent
:clap Back on a clean sheet 1 apiece at half time :youreds
At the final whistle :crawleyscarf :clap

To conclude on our blustering, it may have been a Sunny day down at the CAT Stadium.
The devils had their shorts around their ankles, from the start. :mz wasn’t there and cannot constructively add comment  , albeit reading match reports it seems that the animal kill instinct was absent, and following the first goal, from then, it was all about catch up!
Morecambe monopolised the advantage within minutes of the first goal.
It’s not impressive, it’s early days
Impatience :getsmiley :scratc pending
Come on you Reds

On the day Morecambe, aka the Shrimps, visit the CAT Stadium (18/02). :drummer
:crawleyscarf visited the Globe Arena, in September last, winning by one goal (2-3) :clap
Worryingly though, the Shrimps trounced Notts County 4 goals to one on the 17th of Jan. :scratc
The Magpies won by a feather :joker 2-1 when Crawley played at Meadow Lane Nottingham (28/01)
With both teams sporting a -9 goal difference albeit Morecambe have a game in hand, 39 points plays 38!
All things considered it’s going to be a good day down at the CAT stadium :mz
Ouch! 3 nil down at halftime Do you believe in miracles??? 3 nil down at halftime Ouch :cry
Déjà vu With just only 15 games left to the season’s end.
Do we believe in Miracles? Nope! Just in hard work and loads of Good luck :celebrate
