an interesting article.. a snipped from the article...

So we’ve had devolution; so Scotland, Wales and England all have their own health care services and Scotland
and Wales which are very tiny, they don’t cover more than 8 or 9 million people, they have retained a national
health service but England, which many people don’t realise this, England abolished its national health service
in 2012 with the Health and Social Care Act.
