Yes I see what you mean.
Other members have had the same problem.
Imageshack keeps coming up?
With the ragu pic saved it to the pc then added it to the article as a file attachment not img tab (bbc code).
Hopefully I have set up this forum with all the permissions required to do this???Looking forward to seeing the pic.
Im' on the case.
Thanks

Glad you enjoyed it mates :D
Here is the (very loose) recipe...
........
I bought half a shoulder of lamb and trimmed all the fat off then diced it.
I then put about 6 cloves of garlic, ginger (about the size of the top joint of my little finger)
2 scotch bonnet chillies (with seeds) and a dessert spoon of madras curry powder into the blender with a little oil, and mashed it up.
Then I heated some olive oil and butter in a pan and threw in the mix from the blender to gently fry.
Then I tossed in the lamb and browned it off.

In a separate pan I heated 3 chopped onions, mushrooms, one red pepper, one aubergine and fried till soft.
Then added a tin of chopped tomatoes and left it to simmer.

Back to the other pan. I added a tin of coconut milk and a handful of chopped corriander and salt and pepper.
Then I added the tomato and onions. Then I went off to have some wine. :P
3 hours later, I gave it a taste test and added a sprinkle of garam masala and 2 teaspoons of sugar, the juice of a whole lemon and a big spoon of yoghurt, stirred it, then switched it off and had some more wine ;)
