MUMS Macaroni Cheese.

MUMS Macaroni Cheese.

Ingredients:
Two tins of condensed tomato soup
Tin of chopped tomatoes
Some rashers of bacon (optional)
Loads of cheese Canadian cheddar is good maybe a tad of Stilton or Parmesan to give it a kick
Macaroni

Cook the macaroni al dente so it’s not cooked so much as it is soft but more firm in texture.

This helps because if you want to freeze some for later use, when you microwave it, the macaroni isn’t like mush.
Chop and fry the bacon add pepper and garlic paste to taste (optional)
Grate cheese
Mix the whole lot together thoroughly
Condensed soup- toms, cheese and macaroni (optional stuff)
Put in dish cook in warm oven for 15 20 mins or until you can smell those flavours
Yummy!
Get some microwave dishes and put some in the freezer for work.
Inexpensive nosh and tasty.
