Recent snapshot sample 3 months BTC= £33,679 and £33,137.
post a timely short run where BTC peaked @ 38k ish 33k seemly a good average as of then...is 33k
21st Century Piggy Bank good to have one...Buy Satoshi...100 mill Sats=1btc ... If? When? satoshi is equal to a penny then BTC is equal to a Million GBP.
Given & loosely speaking if-1 satoshi 0.00032833 GBP ... then a 100,000 sats cost less than £40 ish roughly speaking if sat = 0.01 then 100,000 sats equal to a grand in your hand outside ish :scratch Outside of the media :director politics surrounding crypto currencies Bitcoin is still setting the pace and with volatility appearing to slightly calm of late. :kiss

Is BTC doomed :scratc
The founder of cryptocurrency exchange FTX has said that Bitcoin has no future as a payments network because of its inefficiency and high environmental costs, the Financial Times reported on Monday.16 May 2022 (google)

With BTC in freefall... since Nov2021 from a dizzy height of 49k + to currently falling below 16k point only to make minuscule gain within 24 hours of writing. Looking at the Crypto universe with over 18000 digital offerings compared to when this blog started 780 startups (rough terms) speculatively or logically thinking they can’t all survive. I am of a school of thought it’s on early still in this new scheme of 21st century financial shift and. While CBDC are to become the norm ‘centralised’ harvesting of personal data vs Web 3 the will of the majority mindset favoured decentralization approach. Where Privacy and Freedom still exists …

Clifford Stoll
American astronomer
Richard Stoll on the Internet 1995 and just one of the many nay sayers of that period who got it wrong.
‘After two decades online, I'm perplexed. It's not that I haven't had a gas of a good time on the Internet. I've met great people and even caught a hacker or two. But today, I'm uneasy about this most trendy and oversold community :no Visionaries see a future of telecommuting workers, interactive libraries and multimedia classrooms. They speak of electronic town meetings and virtual communities. Commerce and business will shift from offices and malls to networks and modems. And the freedom of digital networks will make government more democratic. :yes
Baloney :no Do our computer pundits lack all common sense :no The truth in no online database will replace your daily newspaper, no CD-ROM can take the place of a competent teacher and no computer network will change the way government works :yes
Consider today's online world. The Usenet, a worldwide bulletin board, allows anyone to post messages across the nation. Your word gets out, leapfrogging editors and publishers. Every voice can be heard cheaply and instantly [sleepy1.gif] Result every voice being heard. This cacophony more closely resembles citizens band radio, complete with handles, harassment, and anonymous threats. When most everyone shouts, few listen. How about electronic publishing? Try reading a book on disc. At best, it's an unpleasant chore: the myopic glow of a clunky computer replaces the friendly pages of a book. And you can't take that laptop to the beach bigwave.gif Yet Nicholas Negroponte, director of the MIT Media Lab, predicts that we'll soon buy books and newspapers straight over the Internet. Uh, sure :indifferent Clifford Stoll,

The free satoshi given for joining CoinBase back in 2018 has a value now 4 years on 28 ish :-D approx :scratch two times £100 punts have a roughly estimimated value as of now combined 800>900 pounds.
data to b reconfirmed and not meant as advice :director 2025 60k 2030 100 'piggybank' k :-D
The last bitcoin is expected to be mined sometime around the year 2140. ... The supply of bitcoin is limited to a final cap of 21 million and likely worth one as well [laugh.gif]
