Hi friends and family,

At the beginning of the year I thought it would be a fab idea to take part in a triathlon - yes I am regretting it a bit now! But in my quest of being super healthy (pah!!) I thought it would be great to raise money for charity at the same time! and your support will help me get over that finish line!!!

Every year 46,000 people hear the devastating news that they have breast cancer. The confusion and fear that this causes will be felt not just by the person diagnosed, but by their family and friends too, so every penny counts!
