IN 1957, Frank Sinatra was quoted as describing rock-and-roll as ;phoney and false' and 'written and played for the most part cretinous goons'
But when Elvis Presley left the army some years later. Sinatra paid him $125,000 to appear for six minutes on a TV special.
That's Rock n Roll :group

:indif
It is often said that eating cheese before bedtime will cause nightmares.
In 2006 the British Cheese Board - A nice play on words. :-D
:director The British Cheese Board is the voice of British cheese http://www.britishcheese.com/
The BCB made efforts to wrong this belief by giving 200 volunteers different cheeses to eat before retiring to bed.
The report went on to state that that the volunteers experienced weird and colourful dreams but none had nightmares.
So cheese before bedtime will not give you nightmares :moon
Staying on the the subject of dairy and sleep !
Milk contains an amino acid called tryptophan which in small quantities improves sleep.
Which in turn reinforces the the belief that a nice mug of warm milk before bedtime will aid a good nights kip.

Contrary to what I thought Vertigo is not a fear of heights :no
It's a form of dizziness in which sufferers experience a feeling of movement even when entirely stationary.
It's uselessly a complaint associated with the balance centres of the inner ear, and can cause both nausea and vomiting in sufferers

Alfred Hitchcocks movie Vertigo popularised an in-camera effect that distorts perspective to create disorientation, the dolly zoom.
acrophobia is a fear of heights :-D
