Wow :applause I started to get indigestion just watching that :o

Seriously, it does look rather nice but I would have used chilli sauce instead of the salsa :thumbsup :hungry

Carrot Coriander and Potato Soup & Onion and garlic.
Salt & pepper to taste
Chop ingredients
Put in Pan and boil until soft
Blend ingredients with a blender or mash
Return to heat and simmer until ready
Yum :hungry
